- Product(s) can be exchanged from Pedro Pakistan within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- We will only exchange product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
- The original receipt/invoice is required for exchange within 7 days of purchase for unused goods in original packaging and tagged.
- Items purchased at full price which go on sale will be exchanged at the marked down price.
- Please note SALE and PROMOTIONAL items are strictly non exchangeable
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Exchange Condition:
- Ensure that the item(s) is brand new (in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and invoice attached).
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges.
- We do not accept ineligible item(s) to be returned. Should the ineligible item(s) be returned, we reserve the right to reject your exchange and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you will be borne by you.
- For hygiene reasons, shoe-care products and socks are not permitted to exchanges.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We do not have repairing centers.
- It can take around 7-10 working days for the refund to be completed.
