  • Pedro Pakistan may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
  • Discounted and promotional items prices are rounded off to nearest Rs. 100
  • After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product. The decision of the Company would be considered final in all cases. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange. You may pay extra if you want to purchase goods at a higher cost.
  • Customer service timings are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our exchanges/claims policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected exchange/claim request item(s) to you. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
